The surface of the shuttering plywood is covered with a 180 gsm Phenol Impregnated Film, and the sides are sealed with acrylic paint to prevent moisture absorption and swelling. Velva completes the entire manufacturing process, including the production of veneers, resins, film, and densified plates, in-house using advanced technology.
